Summary：
?	3年以上工作经验，机电相关专业，化工行业背景
?	熟悉旋转设备，动设备维修和管理

?	Focus on the mechanical maintenance, crater prevention of  projects and engineering  management to ensure the right and timely service support to internal customers
着重机械维修、项目的缩孔预防和工程管理，以保证给内部客户提供正确和及时的服务。

Main Tasks:
1.环保\健康\安全 EHS 
   1)在各项维修与工程活动中，完全遵守并符合公司EHS相关制度与流程。
Strictly abide by the EHS rules and regulations of the company during any maintenance and engineering activity.
   2) 及时向主管报告不符合EHS要求的行为和设施，从而确保EHS持续提高。
Report any incorrect behavior to keep continuous EHS improvement.
2. 维修 Maintenance
   1) 提供维修人员以充足的现场维修支持和技术培训。
Provide maintenance personal with adequate on-site maintenance support and technical training.
   2) 建立预防性保养计划并监督实施。 
Establish and implement the preventive maintenance program.
3. 缩孔预防 Crater prevention
    1)建立完善的维修和工程项目的缩孔预防体系
    Establish crater prevention system for maintenance and projects.
     2) 培训所有工程维修部人员和外委施工人员
     Train all people of E&M and contractors
4.工程项目 Engineering Projects Management
   有效实施并管理所负责的工程项目，确保各项目按时、按质完成，并控制项目费用在预算之内。Responsible for monitoring and controlling the projects scope, schedule, quality and cost.
5. 持续改进 Continuous improvement
    开展设备设施的持续改进工作，提高设备可靠性，满足生产营运的需求。
Keep continuous innovation, improve equipments reliability to meet the requirements of production improvement.
5. 特种设备管理 Special equipment management 
    负责压力容器和压力管道等特种设备管理，确保特种设备相关工作满足国家法规的要求，顺利通过年检、获得使用证。
Responsible for special equipments management, such as pressure vessels and pipes. Ensure the activity to meet the requirements of national legislation. Pass the annual inspection and obtain the use permits.
